Assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where he earned both a Master’s degree in law and a Bachelor’s degree in international relations. He also completed studies in EU competition law at King’s College London. He holds a PhD in law, with a dissertation examining the application of EU competition law in the energy sector.
His academic interests include public economic law, energy law, competition law, state aid, and nuclear law. At the University, he teaches courses across these areas and oversees the academic content of the “LL.M. in EU Energy and Climate” programme.
Since 2022, he has served as Regulatory Risk Manager at Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe, the company responsible for delivering Poland’s Nuclear Power Programme. In this role, he manages domestic regulatory matters and supports EU-level proceedings. Prior to joining PEJ, he held regulatory roles at Poland’s largest natural gas supplier and at the operator of Warsaw’s principal heat and power plants, where he was responsible for both national and European regulatory affairs.
